  • Opening Intro -

Europe is the most diverse continent on the planet, with unique and different cultures at every place you visit.

So many places to see and things to do anywhere you may land.

Almost any country you visit, depending on the city, you are going to find plenty of tourists, especially in summer time. From early June till late August is considered to be Europe’s high season, so accommodation prices would be a little bit higher than the norm.

So we’re here to let you in on what’s needed from you before traveling to Europe.

Travel To Europe In 10 Steps

  1. We would highly advise you getting at least a little bit of the country’s currency with you when you get off the plane. Local currencies will be needed for stuff like taxi rides, tips, etc.
  2. You should inform your bank that you are traveling abroad. Sometimes when you try to use your card in a foreign country, it will reject your card and also might cancel it.
  3. Most countries in Europe have different power plugs, so make sure to bring power adapters. Also you need do a little research and find the plug for each of the countries that you will be visiting.

For Example, UK and Italy use different plugs, so you’ll be needing 2 different adapters if you’re visiting both countries.

  4. Get an international phone plan.
  5. Something almost everyone take for granted, is their luggage durability. It is highly advised to check your luggage situation, 2 days before the trip. Make sure all the zippers are functioning normally and everything else is going to stay intact.
  6. Trips are tiring and will exhaust you and make you a little grumpy. So we would recommend that you sort out the transportation arrangement from the airport to your hotel before you arrive. First, you can just check to see if the hotel you booked offers an airport shuttle service. If not, there will be some other shuttle services that you might be able to book after doing some research. It will definitely pay off.
  7. If you did not receive an email from your hotel confirming your reservation, you will have to contact them to double check and confirm the reservation on the phone.
  8. We would recommend that you print out all documentation. Things like your hotel confirmation, plane tickets, etc..
  9. Make copies of your passport and credit/debit cards.
  10. Prep your house.
