1. Set Your Daily Routine
What you should do every morning as a college is to start waking up every 4: 30 a.m. Be sure you’re not lying in bed while your alarm clock is still waking you up. Once you do this, as well as eat a real breakfast, read a book, and exercise, then your daily productivity will greatly improve.
2. Exercise Everyday
For college students, it’s very important to exercise every day even for only 30 minutes. However, if you forget to do this every day, then make sure you make a resolution for your workout routine as well. Your goal is to workout every day at least 30 minutes; this will give you a lot of energy all day.
3. Eat Healthy Food (At Least Once a Day)
Fruits and vegetables are the healthy foods that you need to eat at least once a day. Eating healthy foods may help reduce the risk of any diseases, including stroke, high blood pressure, and heart disease. It will also help you prevent digestive problems.
So, whether you like it or not, you should eat vegetables and fruits – that way your immune system will keep strong.
4. Take a Seat and Read a New Book
Aside from learning in college, you should read a book or a novel. Read at least one book per month. Books are not just for fun; it will also help you easily forget your stress and problems. Also, it will help your analytical thinking skills improve. So keep reading books as your new year’s resolution.

5. Love Yourself Unconditionally
There are two reasons why you don’t love yourself; first, too many failures, and second is not getting more attention from your loved ones. That way you’ll learn to love yourself unconditionally.
