1. Have a routine

The best way to succeed in college is by having a daily routine. This will enable you to keep your work, social life as well as practice in order.

2. Stay in shape all year round

Do not feel pressure to get connected with your coach, but feel free to use them for their vast knowledge about sports.

4. Practice time management

If you choose to treat your college life as a full-time job and honor each commitment then you will certainly enjoy athletic life. it is important to know that time wasted can never be recovered.

5. Learn from your failures

Regardless of whether it is a loss on the field or inside the classroom. Do not let failure dampen your winning spirit in every way. You can always learn how to do better through your mistakes and find an opportunity in them to be stronger and wiser than ever.

6. Give it your all, every single day

It is important for student athletes to be fully committed at all times. It does not matter what may be going on in your personal life because when you step onto the court, you are there to play.
