If you are looking for training as a medical assistant, there are numerous colleges across the country that provide training, including the following seven.

Notes: Pima offers a medical assistant certificate, one that helps graduates become eligible to work in clinics, medical centers and doctor’s offices. Once students complete the program they may sit for the American Medical Technologists’ exam for medical assistants. The program is composed of four core courses; students will then concentrate as a clinical medical assistant or a administrative medical assistant, completing additional courses.
