College campus is a kind of molding platform that integrates education, friendships, relationships, sports, recreation, fun, and mental growth. College campuses are all about balance. Imagine only nerds in a college, or only brawny sunburnt basketball players. That’s not college campus.

What we learn in college makes us men and women who face the world and its many challenges. Conducting alumni meets and encouraging existing college students to interact with them is a great way to help the students look beyond the books, labs, and the benches. Alumni meets are usually held for batches that have passed out years ago and want to meet up and catch up on each other lives.
A better way to make use of the opportunity of bringing educated and experienced ex-students under one roof is to organize an interactive college and community meet, with food, sports, fun, and education all under one roof.You’ll hardly find alumni unwilling to share the story of their journey from college to success.
College has no age limits
There are many folks out there in the communities we live who have not had the chance to complete formal education. Some of them may even be the age of our grandfathers. But who ever said education has an age limit? Somehow there is a fear of failure that keeps many people from pursuing their dreams of getting a degree. Organizing college, community, and alumni meettogether, gives the opportunity of interaction between 3 distinct yet connected threads of our society. An educated society is an enduring society.
Sports and unification
One thing that brings everyone under one roof is sports, and college sports is something that we all would give up our favorite TV shows for. Encouraging older folks who desire to pursue education in some form to participate will motivate them to follow up their dreams. Encouraging alumni to come and be part of college sports helps younger and older aspirants to take encouragement from them. When alumni and aspiring adults who want to enroll in college, interact with young students, they motivate them to face life with more zeal and zest.
If you want to be a motivational force in your college and community, chart up a plan with the help of your professors and organize a student-alumni-society meet in your college. Share this message with as many of your friends and relatives as you can, and encourage them to do the same in their respective colleges and see the magic of education that you will unleash on a community waiting for encouragement to be educated.
