    Many college students choose to eat unhealthy foods like, sugar, fast food or even junk food.

    The reason why they're eating unhealthy food is because they don’t have time to cook for themselves, or it's because they're too tired to wake up early in the morning to prepare their foods.

That’s why I’m giving you some tips to keep your lifestyle healthy.

1. Don’t Skip Breakfast

I know, you’ve heard this before many times, but I will also remind you anyway.When you skip breakfast every morning this will affect your concentration at school. It will also affect your grades. So if you don’t want that to happen, then eat regularly and drink plenty of water every day.

2. Turn on the Music

Make sure that when you wake up in the morning you do some exercise like stretching your body, or if you have music then turn it on and do some dancing to make you stay awake. But, if you have family or your room mates are still sleeping, then use headphones – simple.

Another reason to wake up early in the morning is to prepare your healthy foods. And it’s also a good idea to study while you have a fresh mind.

3. Eat Healthy Food

I know your mom is also telling you this “keep eating healthy food” right? When you’re on campus you forget what exactly your mom said, because you saw your friends eating unhealthy food and it’s very tempting to eat too.

But no, no, stop it! Don’t let your temptation win. Instead, tell them to stop eating unhealthy foods.

4. Avoid Too Much Sugar

Sugar is the favorite for everyone especially if they’re very stressed. But, what they don’t realize is that eating sugar can make them feel worse. Also sugar drinks and caffeine, these can cause bad effects on your body. Especially you’re a college student and you need a lot of concentration.

If you need something to eat, then try to eat foods that have benefits that can make you feel more energized. Also eat fiber foods like: bananas, mangoes, apples, etc.

5. Wash Your Hands before You Eat

This is very important to avoid getting germs in your body. Wash your hands before meals or when using a bathroom. Avoid touching your face if your hand are dirty or when you hold someone who is sick.

College student are especially susceptible to get viruses on campus. Washing your hands can prevent the bacteria from getting in your body.

To keep your hands clean, always bring a sanitizer, that way you can use it wherever you go.

Conclusion

Remember, if you are a healthy person it will make you motivated and better able to concentrate on your studies. Eating breakfast, waking up early and doing exercise in the morning are the best things to do when you want to have a healthy lifestyle. Stay fit, stay healthy.
